Terms of Use

Rules for using May Cross Hub responsibly and understanding what the platform does and does not provide.

Important transfer disclaimer

May Cross Hub helps educators discover and discuss possible reciprocal matches. It does not approve, guarantee or complete a transfer. Departmental processes, employer requirements and school approvals remain applicable.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information, use an email address they control and keep their password secure. The platform is intended for educators genuinely exploring a transfer. One person should not operate misleading or duplicate profiles.

2. Acceptable use

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent a post, school, qualification or transfer need.
  • Do not scrape profiles, send spam, bypass privacy controls or misuse contact information.
  • Do not upload identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Matching and requests

Scores are indicators based on submitted location and professional data. Users must independently confirm information before relying on it. Accepting a request opens a private conversation but does not create a legal transfer agreement.

4. Safety and moderation

May Cross Hub may review reports, limit profile visibility, suspend access or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Users can report or block another educator from match and conversation tools.

5. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside the operator's control. Features and these terms may change as the platform develops. Material changes should be communicated clearly.

6. Account closure

Users may pause matching, export their profile data or permanently delete their active account and profile from the Profile page after password confirmation. Shared request, conversation or safety records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling or law.

7. Contact

Questions should be submitted through the May Cross Hub support form. Privacy matters should use the Privacy concern category.
