Be professional
Use conversations to discuss the reciprocal route, professional compatibility and official next steps. Harassment, discrimination, threats and sexual or abusive content are not permitted.
Protect privacy
Do not request or share passwords, banking information, identity documents or unnecessary personal details. Avoid publishing another educator's school, contact details or messages without permission.
No spam or pressure
Do not repeatedly resend declined requests, advertise unrelated services or pressure another educator to respond, share details or proceed with a transfer.
Report and block
Use Report / block when conduct appears misleading, unsafe or inappropriate. Blocking prevents new interaction. Reports are private and should include only information necessary for review.
Remember the official process
A platform match is only a starting point. Educators remain responsible for following departmental, employer and school transfer procedures.
